Built by people
who've done the work
We are practitioner-researchers who spent careers inside school districts and federal agencies — building the very systems districts now pay vendors to deliver. We started this consulting group to put that expertise directly in your hands.
Work With UsWe help you build it,
we hand it over
Most education data vendors charge districts significant annual fees for reporting dashboards that are generic, hard to customize, and dependent on the vendor for every change. Districts end up locked in — paying year after year for a system they don't own and can't control.
We do it differently. We build your reporting infrastructure from the ground up — tailored to your specific metrics, your staff, and your stakeholders. Then we coach your team to maintain and evolve it independently. When we leave, you own a premium, fully operational system — and the knowledge to run it.
Our work is focused on student achievement and academic performance data — outcome dashboards, accountability reporting, advanced statistical analysis, and program evaluation. We are not a student information system provider. We are not an HR platform. We work exclusively in the space where data meets decisions about teaching, learning, and policy.
Alongside that core work, we provide research and policy analysis — translating complex findings into clear, evidence-based narratives for school boards, district leadership, and state-level decision-makers.

know the work
Ph.D. in Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis with over 15 years of experience spanning university research, federal government, and K-12 district leadership. Held senior research and evaluation roles in large public school districts across multiple states, and served as a Program Officer at the Institute of Education Sciences (IES), U.S. Department of Education — overseeing funded research and researcher-practitioner partnerships at the national level.
Published researcher with over 1,200 Google Scholar citations. Work spans longitudinal student achievement analysis, cross-national education comparisons, equity research, and program evaluation. Brings both the rigor of peer-reviewed research and the practical judgment of a district leader who has sat in the room when data-driven decisions are made.
Over 10 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and managing performance data infrastructure in K-12 education. Has served large public school districts across multiple states — building accountability reporting systems, outcome dashboards, and analytics platforms purpose-built around student achievement and district performance data.
Specializes in translating complex district data needs into durable, maintainable systems — and in coaching district staff to own and operate those systems independently. Believes strongly that districts should not be dependent on expensive vendors for something they can build and run themselves.
